I only got part of the HQ sounds from MC. You could ask Sean for the full sound pack since he's got access to them directly from Krinkels
Someone sent me your exact file. I have searched so MUCH for these sounds but I've not found anywhere near good as these.

More reason to make a dedicated sound pack. Hope maybe Nez-Man can put it up on his site. Lots of people get their resources from there.

i have to agree with mr, Pecheneg, these sounds are so overused, and don't even get me started with SOME people who uses the ''swish'' ''swosh'' sound effect each 3 seconds
this is why old soldiers like us have to branch out and search for new sources
or anything that isn't stock sounds
dat big bully ''Jsoull'' and his magic boyfriend ''Sentry-Turbo'' helped me with that, im sure they will help you as well, they got the good stuff btw, cinematic quality
True, but new-comers & others are going to use those sounds no matter what. So I believe it's only fair if there exists an easy way to obtain them, this is all for the purpose people don't confuse 11kHz (bad audio) over 44kHz (better audio).
Be it for nostalgia purpose or whatever reason.
Yeah, these are terrible. I used this mc8soundsheet probably all the way from 2008 through 2012.
If you're using these I suggest you find better.
