This is pretty good and original but i think it would not be that good for parts original Grunts are better.

You could make them mutated or something, but still better to use original grunts.

But I think you should keep those, lets stick with the collab's theme.

Madness is simple character's killing eachother. You will have them killing eachother right? Well then, it's still Madness.
I think this looks great actually. Also, who is to say that you must adhere to the normal Madness feel? Why not go off on your own direction and make your own unique feel?
Im only good at changing out fits and clothes, but I quess I can try to make something new.
